​NRECA, as part of the Rural Coalition, submitted comments in response to the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) Connect America Fund Phase II Auction public notice. The coalition urges the FCC to take additional measures to encourage participation from providers of all sizes, impose some additional reasonable screening measures to ensure that only qualified bidders participate, and adopt rules to facilitate a fair and equitable auction.
