​NRECA filed comments with the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) in response to its advance notice of proposed rulemaking to update regulations for implementing provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). NRECA supports CEQ's efforts to ensure a more efficient, timely and effective NEPA process consistent with the original intent of the law.
