​The Avian Power Line Interaction Committee (APLIC), which includes NRECA as a member, submitted comments to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) on its Notice of Intent (NOI) to prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the Hycroft Mining Company request for take permits under the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act (BGEPA).
