The Avian Power Line Interaction Committee (APLIC), which includes NRECA, submitted comments to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) regarding its Greater Sage-Grouse Resource Management Plan (RMP) amendments. APLIC encourages BLM RMPs to be consistent with state sage-grouse plans and to reference APLIC's best management practices on sage-grouse in the RMPs.
