​Cybersecurity is a constantly evolving challenge that requires continuous education and training. Thanks to funding from the U.S. Department of Energy, NRECA's Rural Cooperative Cybersecurity Capabilities (RC3) Program launched the RC3 SANS™ Voucher Program to help address cybersecurity training gaps. Through this program, participants are able to choose high-quality online courses from a variety of cybersecurity topics and levels to best meet their needs.

There is no registration cost for participating NRECA members. SANS courses typically cost approximately $2,500 to over $6,000 each. To date, there have been three rounds of the SANS Voucher Program, with 117 total participants.
