Mounting research indicates that aggressive electrification of energy end uses is needed to achieve GHG emissions reduction goals. An Electricity Journal article authored by NRECA's Keith Dennis, NRECA Director Kenneth Colburn and the Regulatory Assistance Project's Jim Lazar makes a case that emissions efficiency is as materially relevant a metric as energy efficiency for managing GHG emissions.
