Supported by the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Grid Deployment Office (GDO), Argonne National Laboratory (Argonne) is offering no-cost technical assistance to electric utilities to help enhance climate resilience planning efforts. Over the course of a yearlong collaborative cohort effort, participating utility members will learn about climate science, deploy climate risk analytical tools, and develop internal capabilities needed to begin crafting a climate resilience plan. Argonne is actively searching for utilities with geographic diversity to capture a diverse set of climate risks. Those interested should contact Ashton Raffety (araffety@anl.gov) at Argonne.
