Description
Behavior-change efforts in the residential sector have proliferated rapidly, with reported spending and participation in utility behavior programs growing by about 400 percent over the past four years. The most common utility behavior program model is the home energy report (HER) program, which consistently provides energy savings of 1 to 3 percent. Other program models show promising early results with even higher savings.
This report is produced by E Source and is made available to all NRECA members through our membership in E Source.
