NRECA Thought Leader Web Conference Sponsorship: $10,000
Sponsoring an NRECA produced web conference allows you to position your company as a thought leader and increase organization visibility with a trusted partner. NRECA knows the topics that are of interest to our members and will work with you to create an engaging program that will be presented on the NRECA platform.
Broadband Web Conference Sponsorship: $10,000
(Exclusively for Platinum Associate Members in the Broadband Program)
Present a custom web conference program. These programs are great lead generation opportunities while providing valuable information for attendees. Spotlight your educational content to NRECA members who are working tirelessly to close the digital divide in rural communities.
- Opportunity to sponsor a broadband-focused web conference for NRECA members.
- NRECA will host the program on their platform and manage the web conference registrations.
- NRECA will moderate or facilitate the program (as needed).
- Verbal acknowledgement from NRECA staff at the beginning of the program.
- Logo recognition as the sponsor of the web conference on the NRECA website and in marketing communications about the program. (Sponsor provides the content for the email and NRECA will send out on your behalf. A minimum of two emails will be sent about the program).
- List of attendees pre- and post-web conference to be shared with NRECA one week prior to the program and within one week post program to include: name, organization, title, address and email. (Email list is for one-time use only)
- Post-web conference recording will be promoted in the Broadband Insider newsletter.

NRECA web conferences feature thought leaders from various fields while delving into specific niches many co-op leaders work in such as grid reliability and sustainability, cybersecurity, operations, broadband and more.
- Logo recognition as a sponsor of the Web Conference on the website and in marketing communications about the program.
- Logo recognition as a sponsor in the registration confirmation email and reminders.
- Logo placement on the banner at the top of the Web Conferencing platform.
- Sponsor named tab in the platform where you can place downloadable resources for attendees.
- Logo and verbal acknowledgement at the beginning of the program.
- List of attendees pre- and post-Web Conference one week prior to the program and within one week post program to include: name, organization, title, address.
NOTE: All proposed sponsorships and custom web conferences are subject to approval by NRECA. NRECA will consider sponsor hosted web conferences if the information is educational in nature and focuses on a topic of interest to NRECA members. Sales and promotional pitches will not be accepted. Sponsored web conferences do not imply endorsement by NRECA.
