Summer School for Directors - Online

Summer School for Directors helps board leaders develop the knowledge and skills required to meet the challenges of today’s increasingly complex utility marketplace through a variety of CCD and BLC courses offered over six days, totally virtually.

​This program offers co-op directors:

  • The essential knowledge and skills necessary to succeed on the board
  • A variety of Credentialed Cooperative Director (CCD) courses to help directors build their foundational knowledge​
  • The opportunity to advance beyond the CCD level toward the Board Leadership Certificate (BLC)
  • Earn continuing education credits that can be applied toward maintaining their Director Gold credential.​

These courses are live, instructor-led. Participants will receive pre-course communications, including links and instructions for participation, approximately one week in advance of the course. Course instructions will be sent directly to the registered participant using the primary email given to NRECA. Participants must log in and take part in all sessions to receive credit.
