Members with a cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by June 11, 2026, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after June 11, 2026, through June 25, 2026, will be issued a refund minus a $350 cancellation fee per course. Guest/spouse fee is non-refundable after June 11, 2026. Substitutions and course changes are accepted. No shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to June 26, 2026, are responsible for paying the full course registration fees. Special events or ticketed items fees are non-refundable. If you have difficulty cancelling online, need to process a substitution, or do not have a coop.com login, please contact Accounts Receivable at accountsreceivable@nreca.coop.
