​​Members with a cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by April 15, 2024, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after April 15, 2024, will be issued a refund minus a $350 cancellation fee.  Additionally, for any full day pre-conference course/workshop, a $150 cancellation fee per course will be applied and for any half day pre-conference course/workshop a $100 cancellation fee per course will apply. Substitutions are accepted. No shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to April 28, 2024, are responsible for paying the full registration fee and any pre-con, post-con workshops, courses, etc., if applicable.
