Members with a cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by April 3, 2026, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after April 3, 2026, will be issued a refund minus a $350 cancellation fee. Guest/Spouse fee is non-refundable after April 3, 2026. Substitutions are accepted. No shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to April 13, 2026, are responsible for paying the full conference and any pre-conference courses/workshops. Special events or ticketed item fees are non-refundable.
