Empowering America's Electric Cooperatives

PowerXchange is the largest gathering of electric cooperative leaders, designed to embrace the challenges of our ever-changing industry and cultivate future-focused thinkers.

Join us in Nashville, March 5-8, 2023 (pre-conference training will be offered March 3-5). Through general sessions headlined by nationally renowned leaders, educational breakout sessions and interactive learning sessions, PowerXchange is THE place where cooperative leaders come together to share ideas, strategies and best practices while casting their vote on future-focused issues.

PowerXchange programming will arm you with the information, insights and resources you need to lead in this time of unprecedented change for our industry. Because no matter how intense or challenging these changes are, now is our time to:

  • Take advantage of the abundance of resources available with the passage of the infrastructure bill.
  • Prepare for the impact of emerging technologies on your co-op and your community.
  • Invest in the future of your co-op with purpose and intent.
  • Listen to, and act on, the changing needs of your consumer-members.
  • Learn how to navigate the political forces that influence our legislative and regulatory policy priorities.

It's time to lead.
