Community Service Project: Feed My Starving Children
Monday, July 9

Breakfast at the hotel at 7-8 a.m.
Bus departs the hotel at 8:30 a.m.
Volunteer 9 a.m.-12 p.m., followed by lunch
Return to hotel by 2:30 p.m.

Join your co-op peers for a day of activity benefitting “Feed My Starving Children,” a non-profit organization providing nutritionally complete meals for children around the world. Volunteers will hand pack “MannaPackTM” meals that will be shipped to in-country food partners. These meals are provided to schools, orphanages and clinics in order to reverse and prevent undernutrition.

A light breakfast along with t-shirts for volunteers will be provided at the hotel prior to departing for the day. Transportation to and from the event (along with a boxed lunch) are provided for community service volunteers.

Wellness Walks
Tuesday, July 10, and Wednesday, July 11
6:00-6:30 a.m.

Start your day off right! Join us and your peers for a morning walk around the city. The wellness walk is led by NRECA’s POWER Wellness team.

Gather in the front lobby of the hotel between 5:45 – 6:00 am. Refreshments, fruit, energy bars and wellness t-shirts will be available prior to and following the 30 minute wellness walk.
