​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Members with a cooperative.com login can make cha​​n​ges​ and cancellations online via My Registrations. ​Cancellations received/processed by Sept. 11, 2026​ (which includes pre-conference workshops or trainings) are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after Sept. 11, 2026 through the day before the start of the conference, will be issued a refund minus a $350 cancellation fee. Substitutions are accepted. No shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to Sept.28, 2026​, (which includes pre-conference workshops or trainings) are responsible for paying the full registration fee and any pre-conference workshops. Special events (Guest/Spouse Dinner) or ticketed item fees are non-refundable.
