Cancellation and Refund Policy
Members with a cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by March 25, 2024, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after March 25, 2024, will be issued a refund minus a $350 cancellation fee. Additionally, for any full-day pre-conference course/workshop, a $350 cancellation fee per course will be applied; and for any half-day pre-conference course/workshop, a $175 cancellation fee per course will apply. Guest/spouse fee is non-refundable after March 25, 2024. Substitutions are accepted. No-shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to April 6, 2024, are responsible for paying the full registration fee and any pre-conference workshop fees.
