In-Person: Members with a website login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by Jan. 8, 2027, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after Jan. 8, 2027, will be issued a refund minus a $350 cancellation fee. The guest/spouse fee is non-refundable after Jan. 8, 2027. No-shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to Jan. 18, 2027, are responsible for paying the full registration fee and any pre-conference workshop fees. Special events or ticketed item fees are non-refundable. If you have difficulty cancelling online, or do not have a website login, please contact registration@nreca.coop.
