Cancellation and Refund Policy
In-Person
Members with a cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by January 9, 2025 are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after January 9, 2025 will be issued a refund minus a $350 cancellation fee. Additionally, for any pre-conference course/workshop, a $350 cancellation fee per course/workshop will be applied. Substitutions are accepted. No shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to January 25, 2025 are responsible for paying the full conference and any pre-conference courses/workshops. Special events or ticketed item fees are non-refundable. If you have difficulty cancelling online, you may contact Accounts Receivable at accountsreceivable@nreca.coop.
