Cancellations received/processed by Oct. 9, 2026, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after Oct. 9, 2026, through Oct. 25, 2026, will be issued a refund minus a $350 cancellation fee per course. Substitutions and course changes are accepted. No shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to Oct.​ 26, 2026, are responsible for paying the full course registration fees. Special events or ticketed items fees are non-refundable. ​If you have difficulty cancelling online, need to process a substitution, or do not have a coop.com login, please contact Accounts Receivable at ​accountsreceivable@nreca.coop.
