Members with a login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations.

Cancellations received/processed by April 27 are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after April 27 will be issued a refund minus a $200 cancellation fee. Substitutions are accepted.

No shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to the first day of the conference/meeting/event (which includes pre-conference workshops or trainings) are responsible for paying the full registration fee and any pre-conference workshops. Special events or ticketed item fees (Touchstone reception) are nonrefundable.
