Members with a cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by April 29, 2025, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after April 29, 2025, will be issued a refund minus a $350 cancellation fee. Guest/Spouse registration fee is fully refundable if canceled by April 29, 2025, no refunds after this date. Substitutions are accepted. No shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to May 13, 2025, are responsible for paying the full registration fee and any pre-conference workshops.
