Members with a cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via 
My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by April 21, 2026, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after April 21, 2026, will be issued a refund minus a $350 cancellation fee. Guest/Spouse registration fee is fully refundable if canceled by April 21, 2026. No refunds will be issued for the Guest/Spouse fee after April 21, 2026. Substitutions are accepted. No-shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to May 5, 2026, are responsible for paying the full registration fee and any pre-conference workshops fees. Special events (including spouse activities) or ticketed item fees are non-refundable. If you have difficulty cancelling online, need to process a substitution or do not have a cooperative.com login, please contact Accounts Receivable at accountsreceivable@nreca.coop.
