​​Registrants with a cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by January 11, 2021, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after January 11, 2021, and no-shows are responsible for paying the full registration fee. No substitution or cancellation refund is available once the online course begins.
