Members with a cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by December 27, 2024, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after December 27, 2024 will be issued a refund minus a $350 cancellation fee. Guest/Spouse registration fee is fully-refundable if canceled by December 27, 2024. No refunds will be issued for the Guest/Spouse fee after December 27, 2024.
Substitutions are accepted. No-shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to January 12, 2025, are responsible for paying the full registration fee and any Pre-Conference Workshop fees.
