Members with a cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by December 28, 2026, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after December 28, 2026, will be issued a refund minus a $350 cancellation fee. Substitutions are accepted. No shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to January 11, 2027, are responsible for paying the full registration fee and any pre-conference workshop fees. Special events or ticketed items are non-refundable. If you have difficulty cancelling online, do not have a cooperative.com login, or need to make a substitution, please contact registration@nreca.coop.
