We look forward to seeing you in New Orleans, March 1-4, for the 2020 Annual Meeting! This year, we've organized all of our programming, from the main stage to small stage, around the following three ideas that are playing and will continue to play a major role in how we advance our operations, connect with our members and lead our industry into the future:
Digital & data transformation of the industry
Consumer engagement & expectations
We will also be offering a variety of peer-to-peer learning opportunities centered on these topics. Read on to learn more about our keynote speakers, Entertainment Night, opportunities to build our future leaders, have hands-on experiences with emerging technologies and give back to our host city.

Next Generation Leaders Experience
Thank you for your interest in the 2020 Next Generation Leaders Experience. We have reached capacity for this year's program and registration has been closed.
NRECA is committed to working with our member co-ops to attract and retain top talent. This, of course, includes the future leaders of America's electric cooperatives. The Next Generation Leaders Experience develops emerging cooperative leaders through special NRECA Annual Meeting programming designed to build their co-op knowledge, extend their professional network and develop self-awareness that will help as they grow and contribute as co-op leaders.
The Next Generation Leaders Experience will be offered as part of the 2020 Annual Meeting registration.
This year, The Lab will be a demonstration of the
electric cooperative of the future. Featuring nearly two dozen technologies from a wide variety of partners from across the country, this year's Lab will offer you a sneak peek into the data-driven, efficient, forward-thinking technologies that can fundamentally change how we work and deliver power to our members.
Annual Meeting participants will have two opportunities to give back to our host city before and during the event.Saturday, February 29 | 7 a.m.-3 p.m.
