2020 NRECA Annual Meeting

Co-op leaders from across the country gather to celebrate the strength of the co-op network, conduct the important business of our association, and focus on how we as cooperatives can provide our members with affordable, reliable electricity.

We look forward to seeing you in New Orleans, March 1-4, for the 2020 Annual Meeting! This year, we've organized all of our programming, from the main stage to small stage, around the following three ideas that are playing and will continue to play a major role in how we advance our operations, connect with our members and lead our industry into the future:

  1. Beneficial electrification

  2. Digital & data transformation of the industry

  3. Consumer engagement & expectations

We will also be offering a variety of peer-to-peer learning opportunities centered on these topics. Read on to learn more about our keynote speakers, Entertainment Night, opportunities to build our future leaders, have hands-on experiences with emerging technologies and give back to our host city.

Entertainment Night: Wynonna & The Big Noise

Tuesday, March 3 - 7:30 p.m. (doors open at 7 p.m.)
Fee: $60 per ticket

Once heralded by Rolling Stone as “the greatest female country singer since Patsy Cline,” Wynonna’s rich and commanding voice is treasured by millions of fans and has sold over 30 million albums worldwide, spanning her remarkable 35-year career. We are excited to welcome Wynonna & The Big Noise to our annual Entertainment Night on Tuesday, March 3.

Next Generation Leaders Experience

NRECA is committed to working with our member co-ops to attract and retain top talent. This, of course, includes the future leaders of America's electric cooperatives. The Next Generation Leaders Experience develops emerging cooperative leaders through special NRECA Annual Meeting programming designed to build their co-op knowledge, extend their professional network and develop self-awareness that will help as they grow and contribute as co-op leaders.

The Next Generation Leaders Experience will be offered as part of the 2020 Annual Meeting registration.
