Empowering America's Electric Cooperatives

Join us online for the largest gathering of electric cooperative leaders, designed to embrace the challenges of our ever-changing industry and cultivate future-focused thinkers.

2021 marks the introduction of NRECA's annual meeting under its new name and renewed mission: PowerXchange: Where insights, ideas and connections converge. Redesigned as a vibrant hub of engagement and discovery, our newly envisioned annual meeting of members is a place where you can share ideas, strategies and best practices while casting your vote on future-focused issues that will make a difference.

PowerXchange-specific programming will take place Feb. 24 and March 2-4. In addition to conducting our annual business meeting and other association governance activities, the program for this year's PowerXchange will be organized around three areas of focus pertaining to the individual, the co-op and the community:

  • Leading Through Uncertainty
  • Preparing for the Future of our Industry
  • Community Resilience & Recovery

These topics will be woven into the general and breakout sessions as well as four types of interactive sessions (details below) designed to empower attendees to tap into the collective wisdom of our community and connect with each other in meaningful and collaborative ways.
