NRECA'S HOUSING CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received by the Housing Center by 9 p.m. ET on Aug. 21, 2026, through the housing website, via email at nrecareg5_6@maritz.com, or by fax to (330)425-4983. A non-refundable deposit equal to one (1) night's room and tax will be charged for cancellations made after the published hotel cut-off date to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. NRECA's cancellation policy overrides any hotel policies concerning room cancellations. Please note: If you do not cancel your reservation and/or do not arrive at the hotel on the check-in date requested, the first night's deposit will be forfeited, and your entire reservation will be cancelled.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND CHANGES
Members with a cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via
My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by September 7, 2026, are fully refundable.
Registrants who cancel after September 7, 2026, will be issued a refund minus a
$350 cancellation fee; additionally, for any full day pre-conference
course/workshop, a $350 cancellation fee per course will be applied and for any
half day pre-conference course/workshop a $125 cancellation fee per course will
apply. Guest/spouse fee is non-refundable after September 7, 2026.
Substitutions are accepted. No shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to
September 21, 2026, are responsible for paying the full registration fee and
any pre-conference workshop fees. Special events or ticketed item fees are
non-refundable. If you have difficulty cancelling online, need to process a
substitution, or do not have a coop.com login, please contact Accounts
