Hotel Reservations

Make Hotel Reservation

The NRECA Housing Center is set up to manage all reservations for the Regional Meeting programs. Only reservations received by the hotels from the NRECA Housing Center will be accepted into the NRECA room block. Room reservations secured in ways other than through the NRECA Housing Center (via Cooperative.com) may be in jeopardy of: cancellation out of the NRECA room block, increase in room rate, and/or transfer to a neighboring hotel. Only after the published hotel cut-off date identified for each regional meeting will members be able to secure reservations directly with the hotels. NRECA will not be responsible for member room reservations secured directly with the hotel.

Online hotel reservations are strongly encouraged. Reservations via fax and/or mail will not be processed until meeting registrations have been confirmed. Hotel reservations secured via fax or mail may take up to 7 business days for processing.

Important Hotel Dates to Remember

All housing requests must be received on or before Sept. 6, 2019. Additional housing requests may be secured on or after Sept. 16, 2019, by contacting the hotel directly.

The Kentucky Bourbon industry is of special interest to many visitors. Miller Transportation offers a Bourbon Barrel Tour exploring downtown Louisville's Bourbon District. Tickets can be purchased online through the Miller booking portal (credit cards only) for $75 per person, which includes admission to the Frazier Museum, round-trip luxury transportation, a guided distillery tour, a tasting and light refreshments.
