Cancellation, Refunds and Changes

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Members with a cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received/processed by May 18, 2026, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after May 18, 2026, through June 2, 2026, will be issued a refund minus a $350 cancellation fee. Additionally, for any full day pre-conference course/workshop, a $350 cancellation fee per course will be applied and for any half day pre-conference course/workshop a $175 cancellation fee per course will apply. Guest/spouse fee is non-refundable after May 18, 2026. Substitutions are accepted. No shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to June 3, 2026 (which includes pre-conference workshops or trainings) are responsible for paying the full registration fee and any pre-conference workshops.
