Alternatively, cancellations can be submitted in writing.

Spring 2019 Session
Cancellations received by February 18, 2019, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after this date will be issued a refund minus 50% cancellation fee. Substitutions are allowed. No-shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to March 18, 2019, will forfeit the full event registration fee.

Fall 2019 Session
Cancellations received by July 29, 2019, are fully refundable. Registrants who cancel after this date will be issued a refund minus 50% cancellation fee. Substitutions are allowed. No-shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to August 26, 2019, will forfeit the full event registration fee.
