​​Members with a Cooperative.com login can make changes and cancellations online via My Registrations. Cancellations received by February 10, 2026, are fully refundable. Cancellation between February 11​-March 22, 2026, will be issued a refund minus 50% cancellation fee. No-shows and registrants failing to cancel prior to March 23, 2026, will forfeit the full event registration fee. Substitutions are not allowed.
