No charge will be made for cancellations received by phone, fax or email 30 days prior. Registrants who cancel with less than 30-day notice will be billed 50 percent of the registration fee. Registrants failing to cancel prior to the start of the event will be billed the entire amount. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis in the event of personal or immediate family medical, death or other emergencies.
