CFC held its virtual Special Membership Meeting on August 14 to vote on bylaw amendments and conduct a keynote conversation.
Allianz Chief Economic Adviser Mohamed El-Erian and CFC CEO Sheldon Petersen discussed the global economic outlook and advice on how businesses can thrive in this new reality.

“I’d like to extend appreciation to my fellow CFC board members and the CFC staff for their service to the organization and the efforts to arrange this meeting so we can ensure our business moves forward while keeping our members and staff safe,” CFC Board President Dean R. Tesch, board chairman of Taylor Electric Cooperative in Wisconsin, said.

CFC delegates approved modifications to the CFC bylaws to allow for remote business meetings, director elections and transacting other official business.

CFC members can watch a recording of the meeting posted on the CFC Member Website.
