NRECA Broadband and NRTC's Broadband Benchmarking Report: 2025 Refresh provides insight on buildout, business and operations from 78 co-ops in the broadband space to better understand changes in technology, costs and the competitive environment.
The 2025 refresh was broadened to look at ongoing fiber network maintenance costs and customer satisfaction and loyalty scores. The report finds respondents’ median Net Promoter Score of 88 far exceeds the median Internet Service Provider NPS of -3 in the overall United States market.
