​In response to an inquiry from the bipartisan, bicameral Congressional Universal Service Fund Working Group, NRECA submitted comments related to the current state of the FCC's Universal Service Fund. The comments offer input on a range of issues related to USF, including the need for future looking standards in USF programs and suggestions for modernization of the Fund.​
