The Cyber Mutual Assistance (CMA) Program is offered through the Electricity Subsector Coordinating Council (ESCC), an organization led by CEOs of electric cooperatives, public power utilities, investor-owned utilities, and their trade associations to coordinate between electric utilities and federal partners to support continuity of North American grid operations. It is a trusted community of utilities, including electric cooperatives, that share information, conduct exercises, and help each other. All electric cooperatives regardless of size are eligible to join the CMA Program at no cost. Participation is voluntary and at your discretion, and confidential information is protected by a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

This advisory explains more about the CMA Program and how co-ops can get involved.
