NRECA provided comments to the Department of the Interior on Nov. 21, 2017, on how it can improve implementation of regulatory reform initiatives and policies related to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS). NRECA also identified regulations for repeal, replacement, or modification, as requested by the Department under Executive Order 13777, “Enforcing the Regulatory Reform Agenda.
