​NRECA filed a motion to intervene and protest at the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regarding a Sunrun petition. Sunrun, a residential solar installer, has petitioned FERC for a declaratory order that would waive rules that could require Sunrun in the future to file for Qualified Facility (QF) certifications for residential solar PV installations that Sunrun builds and owns.
