NRECA and the American Public Power Association (APPA) filed a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on the petition for Declaratory Order of Advanced Energy Economy filed on June 5, 2017. NRECA and APPA urge FERC to dismiss the petition.
