​​​On March 23, NRECA filed comments with the Rural Utility Service regarding its Final Rule and request for comment on the Rural eConn​ectivity (ReConnect) Program. NRECA proposed numerous modifications to the Rural eConnectivity Program that provides loans, grants, and loan/grant combinations to facilitate broadband deployment in rural areas. The recommendations seek to improve program efficiency and effectiveness. ​
