​​​On June 29, NRECA, along with the American Public Power Association (APPA), American Gas Association (AGA), American Water Works Association (AWWA) and the Utilities Technology Council (UTC) filed comme​nts opposing proposals in the FCC’s 6 GHz FNPRM that would expand unlicensed usage of the band and raise the power level at which unlicensed devices can operate.
