On October 22, the USDA released the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) and updated rules for funding round three of the ReConnect Broadband Grant & Loan Program. Round three will provide $1.15 billion in loans, grants, and combination loans/grants to facilitate broadband deployment in rural areas and allocated as outlined in the summary.
