On July 11, NRECA, along with the American Public Power Association (APPA), the Edison Electric Institute (EEI), and the Utilities Technology Council (UTC), filed a 
motion for extension of time to file reply comments in response to the FCC's 2nd Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on the allocation of pole replacement costs (WC Docket No. 17-84). The motion claims the significant volume of comments, the complexity of issues addressed, and issues regarding redaction of key data in a filing by Charter warrant the grant of additional time to file reply comments.
