​​On September 18, NRECA, along with the Edison Electric Institute (EEI), the Utilities Technology Council (UTC), and the American Public Power Association (APPA) filed a reply responding to oppositions filed to our petition for stay of the FCC’s 6 GHz order pending before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
