​NRECA, as part of the Rural Coalition, filed reply comments with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on the Connect America Fund Phase II Auction (CAF Phase II Auction) procedures. The coalition urges the FCC to simplify the auction process and modify anti-collusion rules so they do not diminish small providers’ participation in particular, among other things.
