​​​​​On October 1, 2024, NRECA regulatory staff met with Legal Advisors to FCC Commissioners Starks, Simington, and Carr to advocate for broadband co-op priorities. The meetings focused on two active proceedings at the FCC: the annual 706 Report Notice of Inquiry focusing on nationwide broadband availability and a Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on improving the broadband data collection process.​​
