NRECA filed protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in response to a complaint by various generators alleging that the Minimum Offer Price Rule (MOPR) in the Open Access Transmission Tariff of PJM is unjust and unreasonable. NRECA urges FERC to reject the complaint.
