On November 18 and 19, NRECA, along with the Edison Electric Institute (EEI), Utilities Technology Council (UTC) and American Public Power Association (APPA) (jointly Utility Industry Associations) met separately with staff to Commissioners Starks and Rosenworcel to oppose the agency from voting to further open the 6 GHz band to unlicensed usage.
