NRECA filed comments with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service on the national monarch butterfly candidate conservation agreement with assurances/candidate conservation agreement (CCAA/CCA). Overall, NRECA supports the proposed integrated CCAA/CCA, but we request a few changes to improve clarity and implementation.
