​​On June 18, 2020, NRECA filed comments on FERC’s Tariff Waiver Proposed Policy and asked FERC to clarify that the Commission will continue to allow waivers under certain circumstances beneficial to electric cooperatives where now permitted by the Federal Power Act, FERC regulations, and the rule against retroactive ratemaking.
