On April 11, NRECA filed comments with U.S. Treasury in support of their Supplementary Broadband Guidance regarding application of 2 CFR 200 to award recipients and sub-recipients from the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) and Capital Projects Fund (CPF). NRECA supported the proposed guidance but requested further clarifications of certain parts of the guidance.
