​NRECA, along with the Edison Electric Institute, Utilities Technology Council and GridWise Alliance, filed comments with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on improving wireless network resiliency through encouraging coordination with power companies. The comments encourage the FCC to focus on regular engagement with state and local authorities and other stakeholders given the local nature of disaster events while also engaging with other federal stakeholders to inform policies and improve service restoration and cross-sector coordination. FULL FILING
