​NRECA, along with the American Public Power Association (APPA), filed comments with the Army Corps of Engineers on dam safety and the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation (WIIN) Act.  Section 1203 of the Dam Safety Act should be interpreted to limit the cost sharing responsibilities of power customers when dam modifications are required to correct issues related to public safety. FULL FILING
