​​On December 21, NRECA, along with other critical infrastructure industries and public safety organizations, filed a brief with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit outlining challenges to the FCC’s April 2020 order opening the 6 GHz spectrum band to unlicensed usage.
