​This advisory examines conflicts between System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI) data and results from the annual NRECA Reliability Benchmarking study and the availability of an online distributioncreliability web application that enables cooperatives to calculate SAIDI automatically and accurately based on the IEEE-1366 standard.
